On Saturday, September 15th, Kwan Jang Nim H.C. Hwang, along with members of the World TAC, Hu Kyun In and US TAC met with representatives from various Tang Soo Do organizations from around the world in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This historic event marks the beginning steps of Kwan Jang Nim’s vision of the Moo Duk Kwan^® Heritage Program.
